الإلغاء

يمكنك إلغاء اشتراكك في أي وقت من صفحة «الاشتراك» داخل iSEO. يستمر الاشتراك حتى نهاية الفترة المدفوعة ولا يتجدد بعدها.

الاسترجاع

إذا لم تكن راضياً، يمكنك طلب استرداد كامل لأول دفعة خلال 14 يوماً من الاشتراك. بعد ذلك لا تُسترد الفترات المستخدمة جزئياً.

الإنفاق الإعلاني المدفوع للمنصات لا يُسترد من iSEO لأنه يُدفع مباشرة للمنصات.

كيف تطلب الاسترجاع

راسلنا على support@getiseo.com من البريد المسجّل في حسابك، ويُعاد المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية عبر Lemon Squeezy.

Cancellation

You can cancel any time from the “Subscription” page in iSEO. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and does not renew.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund of your first payment within 14 days of subscribing. Partially used periods after that are not refunded.

Ad spend paid to platforms is not refundable by iSEO, as it is paid directly to the platforms.

Email support@getiseo.com from your account email; refunds go back to the original payment method via Lemon Squeezy.
