iSEO خدمة برمجية (getiseo.com) تدير الإعلانات والمحتوى وتحسين الظهور في محركات البحث لحسابات المشتركين على المنصات التي يربطونها بأنفسهم.

البيانات التي نجمعها

بيانات الحساب: الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني وصورة الحساب عند التسجيل بـ Google.

بيانات النشاط التجاري التي تدخلها: اسم النشاط والدولة والمدينة والموقع الإلكتروني ورقم واتساب والخدمات والميزانية ومناطق الاستهداف.

بيانات المنصات المرتبطة: رموز وصول مشفّرة، وقائمة الحسابات الإعلانية والصفحات التي اخترت منحنا صلاحية عليها، وإحصاءات أداء الإعلانات والمنشورات.

لا نجمع كلمات مرور المنصات أبداً، ولا نصل إلى بيانات بطاقات الدفع؛ يتولى مزوّد الدفع Lemon Squeezy معالجتها.

كيف نستخدم البيانات

لتشغيل الخدمة: إنشاء الإعلانات وإدارتها، ونشر المحتوى، والرد على التقييمات، وتوزيع الميزانية، وإعداد التقارير لك.

لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع أي طرف للإعلان، ولا نستخدم بيانات حساب مشترك لصالح مشترك آخر.

لا نستهدف أي شخص على أساس العرق أو الدين أو أي فئة حساسة.

الحماية

الاتصال مشفّر (HTTPS)، ورموز الوصول مشفّرة بمعيار AES-256-GCM، وكل إجراء آلي يُسجَّل ويظهر لك.

الاحتفاظ والحذف

يمكنك سحب صلاحية أي منصة في أي وقت من صفحة «الحسابات المرتبطة» فتُحذف رموزها فوراً. ولحذف حسابك وكل بياناتك راسلنا على support@getiseo.com أو راجع صفحة /data-deletion، ونحذفها خلال 30 يوماً.

خدمات أطراف ثالثة

نستخدم: Vercel (الاستضافة)، وPrisma Postgres (قاعدة البيانات)، وLemon Squeezy (الدفع)، وواجهات Meta وGoogle وTikTok البرمجية بحسب ما تربطه، ومزوّد ذكاء اصطناعي لكتابة نصوص الإعلانات.

استخدام بيانات Google يلتزم بسياسة بيانات مستخدمي خدمات Google API، بما فيها متطلبات الاستخدام المحدود.

Who we are

iSEO (getiseo.com) is a software service that manages ads, content and search visibility for subscribers on the platforms they connect themselves.

Data we collect

Account data: name, email and profile picture when you sign in with Google.

Business details you enter: business name, country, city, website, WhatsApp number, services, budget and targeting zones.

Connected platform data: encrypted access tokens, the ad accounts and pages you chose to grant us, and ad/post performance metrics.

We never collect platform passwords and never access card data; payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy.

How we use data

To run the service: create and manage ads, publish content, reply to reviews, allocate budget and report results to you.

We do not sell or share your data for advertising, and never use one subscriber’s data for another.

We never target anyone based on race, religion or other sensitive categories.

Security

Connections use HTTPS, access tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, and every automated action is logged and visible to you.

Retention and deletion

You can revoke any platform at any time from “Connected accounts”, which deletes its tokens immediately. To delete your account and all data, email support@getiseo.com or see /data-deletion; we delete it within 30 days.

Third-party services

We use Vercel (hosting), Prisma Postgres (database), Lemon Squeezy (payments), the Meta, Google and TikTok APIs you connect, and an AI provider for ad copywriting.

iSEO’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
